● Cancellation before shipment
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. (Kindly mention your order number while emailing or texting). If the order was a prepaid order, the refund will be made within 48 working hours (Monday-Friday).
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or any exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
