1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is successfully placed. You will also receive a notification from us once the order is placed. Please note, for Cash On Delivery orders you will have to press ‘Confirm’ for us to process the order. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID to track your order.

 

2. Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes, the shipping address can be changed but only before the order is shipped. You can either email us at ayush@adeesexports.com or message us on the order confirmation message you received from us.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.

 

4. How long will it take until I receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched the same day and arrive within 3-10 days of order being confirmed depending on the location. An order confirmation WhatsApp/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent with the tracking details. once your order is shipped.
